“Waterfufu Fuffu eru” is a traditional dish eaten in Cameroon and neighbouring Nigeria. It is made up es-sentially of a cooked Fufu And Eru (Manihot esculenta Crantz) dough (“waterfufu”) and a vegetable soup (“eru”) whose major component is “eru” (Gnetum africanum Welw) leaves.
